Can Amateur Football Help Players Meet the Requirements for a Healthy Lifestyle? A Case Study

Abstract: Abstract:The main goal of the study was to obtain objective measures of the impact of a complete pre-season of amateur football on the players' physical activity parameters. 17 amateur football players (24.47 ± 4.53 years) enrolled in the same team agreed to participate. They were asked to wear one accelerometer on the right hip during each training practice.
