Abstract

PALIMPSESTO #19 PALIMPSESTO #19 ON PAPER Japanese UDA paper confers an evocative kind of lightness to the drawings and paintings made on it, which are visible on both sides. Carme Pigem referred to this ethereal quality during the conversation we had at her Olot office, packed with projects and concepts that sustain RCR's trajectory. She described the recent exhibition held in Japan about their graphic work, featuring drawings made on the translucence of this delicate medium, as if this ambivalent quality translated to their architecture.
