CALIBRATION OF THE CERES–MAIZE MODEL FOR SIMULATING SITE–SPECIFIC CROP DEVELOPMENT AND YIELD ON CLAYPAN SOILS

Abstract: Crop simulation models have historically been used to predict field average crop development and yield under alternative management and weather scenarios.
