Calculation of the Volume of Fourth Ventricle and the Length of Herniation Using the ImageJ Software in Patients with Chiari Type I malformation

Abstract: Amaç: Chiari malformasyonu tip 1 (CMT1), tonsilla serebelli'nin aşağıya, spinal kanala doğru herniyasyonu ile karakterize konjenital bir anomalidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Chiari malformasyonu tip 1'li hastalarda ve kontrol grubunda ImageJ programı kullanarak 4. ventrikülün hacmini ve herniasyon gösteren tonsilla serebelli uzunluğunu belirlemektir.
