Calculation of plane turbulent Couette-Poiseuille flows with a modifiedk-ϵ model

Abstract: Suitable modifications to the k-e model are proposed for the calculation of turbulent Couette-Poiseuille flows. In the case of pure Couette flow a logarithmic expression for the turbulent kinetic energy could be derived which is valid over the entire fully turbulent region.
