Abstract:Left ventricular aneurysm is a well recognized complication of coronary artery disease. We describe a rare case of a calcified left ventricular aneurysm with past history of ischemic heart disease but with apparently normal coronary arteries on angiogram. The calcified aneurysm was successfully tackled by aneurysmorraphy without any bypass grafts.
