Abstract:Efficient tools for controlling molecular functions with exquisite spatiotemporal resolution are much in demand to investigate biological processes in living systems. Here we report an easily synthesized caged dexamethasone for photo‐activating cytoplasmic proteins fused to the glucocorticoid receptor.
