Abstract:US consumers' increasing concern for farm animal welfare signals a noticeable shift toward more ethical considerations in food choices. This study examines consumer preferences for egg production methods, specifically “cage‐free,” “free‐range,” and “pasture‐raised,” utilizing a choice experiment.
