IntroductionCaffeine overdose, while uncommon, can be life threatening with hemodynamic and neurological complications and often requires intensive monitoring and critical management.Case ReportWe report a case of a 23‐year‐old male who ingested approximately 24 g of caffeine in a suicidal attempt and developed cardiopulmonary complications. He was resuscitated, and hemodialysis was performed with successful recovery.ConclusionHemodialysis appears to effectively remove caffeine from the blood system and can be lifesaving in severe caffeine overdose.
