Cafeína E Exercício Físico: Uma Revisão Sistemática Dos Aspectos Hemodinâmicos

Abstract: RESUMO Objetivo: examinar sistematicamente as repercussões cardiovasculares da cafeína no exercício em atletas, não atletas aparentemente saudáveis e portadores de cardiopatias. Material e métodos: a busca foi feita utilizando as bases de dados Medline, Scielo e Lilacs. Foram encontrados 108 estudos. Destes, dez foram incluídos por contemplar aspectos hemodinâmicos no exercício em humanos.
