Cadmium influence on lipid metabolism in Sprague–Dawley rats through linoleic acid and glycerophospholipid metabolism pathways

Abstract: Cadmium (Cd) is widely distributed in the environment and easy adsorbed by living organisms with adverse effects. Exposure to Cd‐contaminated food may disrupt lipid metabolism and increase human health risk.
