The valence band maximum (VBM) and conduction band minimum (CBM) of ZnO and ZnS were widely reported in the literature [7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14], where the VB of ZnO is lower than that of ZnS and the CB of ZnS is higher than that of ZnO, allowing maximum redox capability of the ZnO/ZnS interface.
