“…Bania et al developed Pd-NiO nanoparticles formed over zeolite-NaY for Suzuki-Miyaura couplings of aryl chlorides in 2017. 10 The combination of the Pd-NiO/zeolite-NaY catalyst and microwave irradiation was able to accelerate the coupling reactions at 50 °C and provide the desired coupling products in good yields (82-92%) within 20 minutes (Scheme 2). Traditional heating conditions resulted in moderate product yields (42-48%) and a long reaction time (16 h).…”
