Business-to-Business: estudo sobre os negócios da construção civil de pequeno porte

Abstract

A contribuição das Engenharias para o desenvolvimento da sociedade vem sendo destacada na literatura há muito tempo. Entretanto, estudos sobre o escopo e as estratégias de negócios business-to-business ainda são escassos. Esta pesquisa objetiva analisar como pequenas empresas da construção civil atuam nos negócios business-to-business. Utilizou-se um modelo analítico com quatro dimensões: busca e relacionamento, gerenciamento, aprendizagem e inovações com parcerias. Trata-se de um um estudo qualitativo cujos dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas e analisados com apoio do software Vosviewer. Os resultados permitiram constatar que o sucesso alcançado e os impactos relativos aos resultados de mercado estão positivamente relacionados com os elementos do modelo adotado. A originalidade do estudo consiste na proposição de um modelo de construtos e variáveis para estudos futuros, associando o modelo do business-to-business ao modelo da hélice quíntupla, direcionando tal negócio para a Quarta Revolução Industrial.
