Business Model Design Using Lean Canvas-Based on Culinary and Crafts Startup at Super Priority Tourism Destinations in North Minahasa District

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the application of Lean Canvas to the development of Culinary and Gift & Souvenir SMEs in Likupang as a super priority tourism destination in North MinahasaRegency.
