Business Intelligence has become in the front of demanding technologies. Many companies need technology to adapt to changing requirements, to deal with rich amounts of data; to get correct information, analysis data, and finally to quickly support decision-makers. Developing an agile BI application can be defined as a short-delivering software application. This process is based on frequently adapting to changing requirements, involving customer participation, and delivering high-quality applications. Agile teams need a set of reliable metrics to measure their performance at different three levels: functionality, content, and scalability. This paper proposes Goal Question Agility Metrics that can be used in measuring the performance of agile teams working in developing business intelligence applications. GQAM is based on the Goal Question Metrics method that was developed by Victor Basili in 1994 [19]. In addition, GQAM depends on agile and BI concepts. GQAM proposes a set of metrics that are used to measure performance. The GQAM will be subjected to experiments using a real data set in the future.

The advent and incorporation of technology in businesses have reformed operations across industries. Notably, major technical shifts in e-commerce aim to influence customer behavior in favor of some products and brands. Artificial intelligence (AI) comes on board as an essential innovative tool for personalization and customizing products to meet specific demands. This research finds that, despite the contribution of AI systems in e-commerce, its ethical soundness is a contentious issue, especially regarding the concept of explainability. The study adopted the use of word cloud analysis, voyance analysis, and concordance analysis to gain a detailed understanding of the idea of explainability as has been utilized by researchers in the context of AI. Motivated by a corpus analysis, this research lays the groundwork for a uniform front, thus contributing to a scientific breakthrough that seeks to formulate Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) models. XAI is a machine learning field that inspects and tries to understand the models and steps involved in how the black box decisions of AI systems are made; it provides insights into the decision points, variables, and data used to make a recommendation. This study suggested that, to deploy explainable XAI systems, ML models should be improved, making them interpretable and comprehensible.

El trabajo presenta una propuesta para incorporar el marco de trabajo BPM, en la empresa de servicios ETAPA EP de la ciudad de Cuenca - Ecuador. Para ello se propone un marco de referencia por parte de los autores que contempla los siguientes pasos: se parte de la revisión de un marco teórico y conceptual; se aborda el marco referencial, de la organización, partiendo de la descripción sobre visión, misión, aspectos estratégicos, mapa de proceso. Se elige el área funcional específica en donde se ejecutará para procesos críticos en importancia, el modelo de procesos con notación BPMN haciendo uso del software Bizagi. Se confecciona para los procesos un esquema de indicadores, se elabora un cubo de datos en excel (datamart), y se despliega el valor de los KPI, con la herramienta de software Power BI por intermedio de un tablero de comandos; al final se levantan las conclusiones.
