“…In any case, one should not forget the various risks or problems that IT outsourcing may generate, though the interviewees suggested a number of ways to avoid those risks, which coincide with the proposals made in the literature (Gefen, Wyss and Lichtenstein, 2008;Goo, Huang and Hart, 2008;Levina and Su, 2008;Blomberg, 2008;Rustagi, King and Kirsch, 2008).
