Bullying is a type of violence that manifests itself as unwanted and aggressive, intentional behavior among peers that is repeated over time. The Help Teams (EA’s) are groups of students prepared to offer strategies and solutions to the problems that afflict the daily coexistence of children and adolescents in schools. The present research is exploratory, quantitative in nature, and sought to compare the differences perceived in self-efficacy beliefs for helping in bullying situations among adolescents in schools that have implemented the EA's and those that do not. It also compared the self-efficacy beliefs to help between participants of EA's and non-participants. The study had 2,403 students distributed in two groups: 1,301 students from private schools that have the EA's and 1,102 students from schools that do not have such a proposal. The results show that the beliefs to help reached lower rates in schools that have the SAI implemented. This fact is due to the increased perception of the complexity of the phenomenon, which does not exist in schools that do not have the work developed.

RESUMO: Esta pesquisa visa analisar estratégias antibullying, no ambiente escolar, propostas por pesquisadores brasileiros e espanhóis. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo e exploratório, de caráter qualitativo, e que teve como procedimento metodológico a pesquisa bibliográfica. A literatura analisada foi composta por teses e dissertações brasileiras, publicadas de 2000 a 2012, e artigos publicados de 2000 a 2013 nos dois países. A literatura brasileira enfatizou ações de informação, sensibilização, criação de regras e capacitação profissional, e a literatura espanhola destacou ações de melhoria das relações interpessoais, desenvolvimento emocional e autoestima, ensino de valores sociomorais, capacitação docente e das famílias. Os resultados apontam para uma série de ações, as quais podem ser inseridas num plano antibullying a ser desenvolvido cotidianamente, contribuindo para uma mudança do comportamento desrespeitoso e para a construção de relações interpessoais, no ambiente escolar, mais solidárias, justas, cooperativas e respeitosas, proporcionando, assim, mais do que informações sobre o fenômeno. Os problemas de convivência na escola, em especial um tipo de violência caracterizado com bullying, têm sido notados pelas investigações atuais não pela sua ocorrência cada vez maior, mas pela urgência de que o tema da convivência seja um valor presente nas instituições educativas. Pouco se sabe ainda sobre o que a literatura internacional já tem comprovado:a importância da participação efetiva dos alunos na solução dos problemas vivenciados. Assim, este artigo apresenta uma investigação de caráter exploratório cujo objetivo é investigar as possíveis diferenças na frequência das intimidações entre estudantes do Ensino Fundamental II em escolas onde foram implantados sistemas de apoio entre pares na percepção dos alunos. A amostra é formada por 270 adolescentes estudantes do sexto ao nono ano de duas escolas do interior paulista em que se organizou um Projeto de Formação para a Convivência Ética junto a professores, equipe gestora e alunos dos colégios. O instrumento trazia 20 questões em que os alunos não necessitavam se identificar, mas precisariam apontar se eram ou não membros das equipes de ajuda. Os dados encontrados corroboram a necessidade de que alunos se sintam acolhidos, protegidos e fortalecidos nas escolas, indicando que a presença de equipes de ajuda na escola pode promover a melhoria da convivência e, assim, a diminuição de possibilidades de intimidação.
