“…Educational psychology is not an exception, and bibliometric studies have also been widely conducted to explore the development and structure of the discipline as well as closely related areas, such as school psychology (Begeny et al, 2018;Begeny et al, 2019;Carper & Williams, 2004;Hulac et al, 2016;Kim et al, 2018;Kranzler et al, 2011;Liu & Oakland, 2016;Price et al, 2011;Wang et al, 2020). Moreover, several bibliometric studies have been published to review selected topics in educational psychology, such as e-learning, (Hung, 2012;Li et al, 2019), creativity (Hernández-Torrano & Ibrayeva, 2020;Long et al, 2014), and bullying (Fuentes Cabrera et al, 2019), among many others. The review of these articles is outside of the scope of this study.…”

“…However, our approach differs from and complements previous studies in several important ways. First, we adopt an integrative approach and use the term educational psychology to encompass all research that has to do with the psychological and educational processes and outcomes associated with the teaching and learning of students in all stages of development, in contrast to previous studies that have examined related disciplines such as school psychology (Hulac et al, 2016;Liu & Oakland, 2016;Price et al, 2011) and selected topics (Fuentes Cabrera et al, 2019;Hernández-Torrano & Ibrayeva, 2020;Li et al, 2019). Second, previous studies have described the evolution of research on educational psychology by examining publications in a restricted number of specialized journals (Begeny et al, 2018;Begeny et al, 2019;Wang et al, 2020), targeting particular researchers or programs in the field (Hulac et al, 2016;Kranzler et al, 2011), or using keywords to identify relevant articles (Liu & Oakland, 2016).…”

“…Este estudio ha empleado una metodología que se basa en la bibliometría, atendiendo a otros estudios previos extraídos de la literatura de impacto (HINOJO-LUCENA et al, 2020;MORENO-GUERRERO, 2019). La utilización de esta técnica de investigación queda respaldada al conocer las potencialidades que supone la cienciometría en todo lo relativo a la cuantificación, evaluación y estimación de la evolución científica en el área concreta de estudio que se trabaja (FUENTES-CABRERA et al, 2019). Belo Horizonte, v. 13, n. 3, p. 140-160, set.-dez.…”

“…Braun et al (2019) conducted systematic and bibliometric methods to analyze the literature on sustainable remediation through the risk management perspective and stakeholder involvement, Xu et al (2020) analyzed the existing literature on disruption risks in supply chain management using bibliometric analysis methodology, Ganbat et al (2018) employed the bibliometric method to review the literature on risk management and building information modeling for international construction, and Han et al ( 2020) used a bibliometric overview of research trends on heavy metal health risks. Fuentes Cabrera et al (2019) applied the bibliometric review methodology to analyze the literature on bullying among teens, ethnicity, and race risk factors for victimization. Darabseh and Martins (2020) used a bibliometric study and content analysis on risks and opportunities for reforming construction with blockchain, and Da Silva et al (2020) conducted a bibliometric method to review research output on data mining and operations research techniques in supply chain risk management; to the best of our knowledge, we did not find any study that employed the bibliometric method to review existing research output on reputational risk and sustainability.…”
