This study intends to provide a detailed description of the needs of local history teaching materials about Kenduri in history lessons in senior high schools. The methodology used is qualitative research with descriptive analysis, and data collection procedures using documents such as articles, proceedings, and books related to Kenduri concepts, teaching materials, local wisdom and development models. Data collection, data presentation, reduction, and drawing conclusions are part of the data analysis process. The findings show that there are not many history teaching materials in SMA that are based on local wisdom. High school students need history teaching materials based on local wisdom, especially about Kenduri. This is done through discussion of (1) the concept of Kenduri, (2) local wisdom, (3) digital teaching materials, and (4) the pattern of developing digital teaching materials based on local wisdom which contains information on the meaning, philosophy and history of the Kenduri tradition. The findings of this study are expected to provide an overview and become a source for further research.
