This study aims to determine the Gojek Makassar City Branch's marketing communication strategy to promote GoPay. GoPay is a non-cash transaction model to support payment activities. This research method is qualitative, with data sources coming from Instagram accounts (gojekinmakassar). The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy used to promote the use of GoPay is carried out by maximizing the use of Instagram. Marketing strategies with Instagram are also considered to influence other social media users to get information and social engagement. Instagram features that support the promotion of using GoPay are identified through Instagram Stories, Instagram Reels, and Instagram Posts. The use of Instagram and its features are beneficial to accommodate every marketing effort through a communication strategy that relies on social media platforms such as Instagram.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat tren terbaru dalam penggunaan metode transaksi pembayaran non-tunai di Indonesia, khususnya Cabang Gojek Kota Makassar terkait Gopay. Studi ini berfokus pada strategi pemasaran Gojek dari Cabang Kota Makassar di media sosial seperti Instagram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitaif dengan sumber data berasal dari akun Instagram (gojekinmakassar). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mesin pencari di Google Chrome dan Aplikasi Instagram dengan fokus pencarian berdasarkan kata kunci yang relevan terkait Gojek dan GoPay di Kota Makassar. Temuan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh Gojek dari Cabang Kota Makassar dalam mempromosikan penggunaan Gopay sebagai alternatif untuk mempermudah transaksi pembayaran yaitu dengan memaksimalkan penggunaan media sosial Instagram. Cabang Gojek Kota Makassar diidentifikasi menggunakan akun (gojekinmakassar) sebagai media pemasaran dan promosi. Pendekatan pada strategi tersebut memungkinkan pengguna media sosial lainnya untuk mendapatkan informasi dan keterikatan sosial yang tinggi. Keterikatan sosial tinggi dari Gojek dengan pengguna media sosial lainnya dapat ditelusuri pada jumlah pengikut di Instagram yang relatif cukup besar. Adanya hubungan keterikatan tersebut dianggap sebagai capaian yang bagus, terutama jika menyadari hal tersebut hanya melibatkan Gojek dari salah satu Cabang perusahaan, terutama Makassar yang berada jauh di luar Pulau Jawa. Penggunaan media sosial Instagram juga didukung dengan adanya upaya untuk memaksimalkan beberapa fitur yang tersedia. Fitur-fitur tersebut diidentifikasi di antaranya Instagram Stories, Instagram Reels, dan Instagram Post. Media sosial dianggap ikut berkontribusi pada strategi komunikasi pemasaran Gojek terkait penggunaan Gopay sebagai alternatif transaksi pembayaran non-tunai.

This research aims to analyze trends related to disaster mitigation and sustainable development policies through a bibliometric approach, with a special focus on implications and recommendations relevant to Indonesia. The analysis method involves searching and collecting data from Scopus, followed by data processing using the Vosviewer and Nvivo 12 Plus analysis tools. Research findings show an increasing trend in publications related to disaster mitigation and sustainable development since the early 2000s, reflecting increasing global awareness of the need for holistic and sustainable disaster management. Policy recommendations include strengthening early warning systems, developing disaster-resistant infrastructure, disaster awareness education and training, consolidating data and information, and collaboration between sectors and international partners. These are important steps in facing disaster challenges and encouraging sustainable development in Indonesia. Through an analytical approach that is bibliometrically rigorous, this research identifies knowledge gaps in the global literature related to the intersection between disaster mitigation and sustainable development, particularly in the Indonesian context. With efforts to outline findings related to research trends, map themes, and necessary policy recommendations, this research provides a solid foundation for developing integrated and responsive policy initiatives for disaster mitigation and sustainable development challenges in Indonesia. The findings of this research can provide a more comprehensive and focused view for relevant stakeholders. They can become a basis for further research and policy development to maintain community resilience and advance sustainable development in Indonesia.
