This study aims to describe the management of character education programs to improve students' religious attitudes in the era of information disruption. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, documentation, and triangulation. The data analysis technique was carried out in several stages: data collection, condensation, data display, and conclusion. This study found that managing character education programs to improve students' religious attitudes was carried out through several stages. The first stage was planning which was documented in the madrasa curriculum document, madrasa work plan document, and madrasa context analysis document. The second stage is organizing, namely by forming a division of tasks and religious teams, providing facilities both in the form of facilities and non-facilities. The third stage is implementation through various program activities in the form of extracurricular activities, routine activities, and extracurricular activities. And the fourth stage is the supervision carried out by the religious team in coordination with subject teachers, homeroom teachers, and counseling guidance, as well as establishing communication with students' parents.

Therefore, the task of the PAI teacher in implementing PAI values in improving student character is very necessary in order to achieve the program of activities that have been planned previously (Komariah & Nihayah, 2023;Laili, Supriyatno, & Gafur, 2022;Rachman, Kawakip, Fadhillah, Saputra, & Zulkifli, 2023). The purpose of this research is to reveal how to plan, implement, and evaluate the results of Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan values as an effort to improve student character. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Sources of data came from students, principals, teachers and guardians of students at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan, while school staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan were additional data sources in this study. The results of the study revealed that: Planning and implementation of Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan learning as an effort to improve student character has been carried out according to the rules and made at the beginning of the semester before learning begins, in planning Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan learning plans adjusted to the provisions of the curriculum and student needs by selecting methods and media as well as paying attention to competency standards, core competencies, madrasah vision and mission, and student needs.

This study aims to describe the role of guidance and counseling teachers (BK) in providing information services to develop honest behavior of students at SMP 6 Percut Sei Tuan. This research uses a type of qualitative research that is descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used in this study is primary data. The object in this study was 9 junior high school students grade VII. This research data analysis technique uses data analysis techniques developed by Miles and Huberman. Analysis in this model consists of data reduction, display data, and conclusion/verification. Data validity techniques are through source triangulation, data collection technique triangulation, time triangulation. The results in this study are 1). The application of information services provided to the nine students was quite effective because students could understand how to instill an honest attitude to themselves. 2). The role of guidance and counseling teachers (BK) in responding to dishonest behavior is to provide information services containing material about the value of an attitude of honesty assisted by media infocus and lectures. 3). The factors found from honest behavior in junior high school were 9 respondents who experienced problems with honesty such as cheating. The reasons given were that students reasoned that the exam time was too short, lack of interest in studying, underestimated lessons and exams, habitually cheated, and lacked confidence in their own answers
