In the context of accelerating globalization and integration trends in the world economic system, countries must make efforts to form their advantageous positions in the international division of labour. This can be realized by optimizing the sphere of foreign economic activity of the state. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the areas of improvement of strategic tools to develop the country's export potential. The authors analyzed the theoretical and methodological basis, namely the essence of the country's export potential, its structural elements of the export potential. The authors analyzed the structure of exports of Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine in 2020, highlighted their common features, shortcomings and explained why the specialization of exports is not optimal. The authors found that a systematic approach to developing a country's development strategy requires a specific sequence in the implementation of this process and proposed an algorithm for implementing the concept of developing the country's export potential, and also proposed calculating a comprehensive indicator of export potential, a more detailed description of which will be presented in further studies.

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar como el planeamiento estratégico mejora el nivel de la competitividad de una empresa metalmecánica. La investigación fue de tipo aplicada, diseño experimental (categoría pre experimental) y de alcance explicativo.Las técnicase instrumentos son la encuesta (cuestionario), entrevista (Guía de entrevista), el análisis documentario (check list) y la encuesta para determinar la competitividad (Matriz de Perfil Competitivo).Los resultados utilizando la MPC (Matriz de Perfil Competitivo) antes y después de aplicar el planeamiento estratégico son de 2.45 a 2.90;este incremento representa un 18% de los objetivos a corto plazo y se obtuvo por aplicar las estrategias:crear el área de marketing y ventas para el crecimiento continuo de la empresa, desarrollar campañas publicitarias e implementar una web, capacitar a los colaboradores en la atención del cliente para la ventaja competitiva.El plan estratégico implementado ha mejorado la competitividad de la industria metalmecánica,logrando un 18% de los objetivos de corto plazo, potenciando principalmente su área comercial y servicio post venta.

Various scenario classifications apply in attempts to make the field of future studies easier to outline. This paper discusses the appropriateness of various creating, coordinating, and consistency procedures for creating specific emission scenarios in environmental assessments. The Intuitive Logics, Story and Simulation (SAS), Social, Technological, Economic, Environmental and Political (STEEP), and La Prospective Models approaches are the five emission scenarios discussed in the paper analytically with their stages, storylines, steps, and building analysis. Every scenario method was examined and sorted into its separate benefits and limitations. Subsequently, the study selected the appropriate technique of emission scenario in environmental assessment with fulfilled scenario planning to deliver constructive scenarios. The study helps the upcoming designers by providing the fundamental direction on the extensive change towards a sustainable environment.
