With the continuous development of science and technology, the requirements for research teams are gradually increasing. In order to build a high-performance research team, it is necessary to conduct a systematic and comprehensive analysis. This article provides a certain discussion on the formation of scientific research teams, clarifying the definition, characteristics, funding and resource support of scientific research teams.
