Building a Tool Kit for Medical and Dental Students: Addressing Microaggressions and Discrimination on the Wards

Abstract: Introduction: Microaggressions, subtle slights related to characteristics such as race, gender, or sexual orientation, in a clinical setting can sabotage the therapeutic alliance.
