Пðîâåäåíî ïîð³âíÿëüíèé àíàë³з зàðóб³жíîгî òà â³ò÷èзíÿíîгî äîñâ³äó ðîзâèòêó öüîгî ÿâèщà â ñó÷àñíèх óìîâàх. Âèзíà÷åíî, щî ñîö³àëüíå ï³äïðèєìíèöòâî є ³ííîâàö³éíîю фîðìîю îðгàí³зàö³ї ñîö³àëüíî ñïðÿìîâàíîї ä³ÿëüíîñò³, ÿêà â³äïîâ³äàє зàñàäàì êîíöåïö³ї ñòàëîгî ðîзâèòêó åêîíîì³êè ³ ñóñï³ëüñòâà. Âèîêðåìëåíî бàзîâ³ îзíàêè ñîö³àëüíîгî ï³äïðèєìíèöòâà äëÿ ïðîâåäåííÿ êëàñèф³êàö³ї зàзíà÷åíèх ñóб'єêò³â гîñïîäàðюâàííÿ. Íàâåäåíî ð³зí³ ìîäåë³ ñîö³àëüíèх ï³äïðèєìñòâ, ÿê³ ïðàêòèêóюòüñÿ â êðàїíàх ³з âèñîêîðîзâèíåíîю åêîíîì³êîю. Çä³éñíåíî хàðàêòåðèñòèêó ñîö³àëüíèх ï³äïðèєìñòâ, à òàêîж їх îðгàí³зàö³éíèх ìîäåëåé з îö³íêîю ìîжëèâîñòåé зàñòîñóâàííÿ â Уêðàїí³.
