Ocean literacy is currently at the forefront of the development of the notion of marine environmental sustainability. It is critical to compare ocean literacy ideas in curriculum standards. Comics Convey various messages of maritime insight content on integrated, contextual, and meaningful learning. This study aims to design STEAM (to R-SLAMET; Religion, Science, Literacy, Art, Math, Engineer, and Technology) learning that contains ocean literacy messages in a comic media. Through the qualitative research method with study case type, researchers seek to aid early childhood education (ECE) educators in designing R-SLAMET learning through the media to overcome maritime cultural literacy problems. The participants of this study consisted of three educators and 43 children. The findings show that the natural play experience of early childhood can be a source of inspiration to find ocean literacy through R-SLAMET learning activities. Contextual play by children becomes a reference for designing comic-based R-SLAMET learning. Comic media can integrate R-SLAMET learning in improving children's ocean literacy. Literasi budaya maritim pada anak usia dini mencakup pemahaman, pengenalan, dan pengaplikasian aspek-aspek budaya maritim Indonesia dalam proses belajar dan pengajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media buku cerita bergambar digital guna meningkatkan literasi budaya maritim di Indonesia. Dalam konteks kurangnya media pembelajaran yang mengenalkan identitas anak Indonesia sebagai budaya maritim, peneliti berkeinginan untuk membantu guru dalam menyiapkan media yang relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan prosedur ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan pendekatan mixed methods kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Uji kelayakan media dilakukan melalui validasi ahli pakar dan guru. Uji kuantitatif menggunakan uji satu arah dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05 pada kelompok besar praeksperimental "one group pretest-posttest". Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa media buku cerita bergambar digital ini layak digunakan dan efektif untuk anak usia dini. Berdasarkan angket literasi budaya maritim, hipotesis menyatakan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada hasil pretest dan posttest setelah penggunaan media tersebut. Dengan demikian, media buku cerita bergambar digital ini dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana baku yang layak dan efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi budaya maritim pada anak usia 5-6 tahun.
This study aims to analyze: (1) Patterns of cooperation and profit sharing as a form of reciprocal relations between local fishermen and migrant fishermen, (2) The level of welfare of local fishermen as a consequence of these reciprocal relations. To answer this question, a study was held in Lere Village, Palu Bay. This research is qualitative with sampling techniques using Purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out with in-depth interviews and engaged observations and literature studies. Data analysis uses a three-step technique, namely data reduction, data categorization, conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) Patterns of cooperation and profit sharing as a form of reciprocal relations between local fishermen and migrant fishermen include: labor deployment, profit sharing rules, fish marketing with pattern rules. (2) The level of welfare of local fishermen as a consequence of mutual relations before cooperating and after cooperation includes: Ownership of more modern means of production, increased income, better home conditions, more varied ownership of household appliances, and ownership of more transportation facilities than before. The conclusion of this study is that the presence of migrant fishermen is very large for improving the welfare of local traditional fishermen in Palu bay
