Budapesti közüzemi szolgáltatások egyes szabályozási és hatékonysági kérdései a 2010-es állampénzügyi reform után

Abstract: Az államháztartási szektor törvények által vindikált szabályozási, vagyoni és pénzügyi eszközei birtokában felel a lakosság számára biztosítandó közfeladatok ellátásáért, közszolgáltatások nyújtásáért. Mind a központi költségvetési, mind pedig az önkormányzati szféra a közszolgáltatások ellátását a tulajdonában álló gazdasági társaságokra bízhatja.
