Abstract:Intractable vertigo syndrome can be diagnosed after failure of routine treatments for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). Stellate ganglion block can be used in patients who do not respond to oral medication. However, buccal acupuncture combined with stellate ganglion block in the treatment of intractable vertigo syndrome has not been described yet. In this case report, we describe a patient who showed good response to combined treatment with buccal acupuncture and stellate ganglion block
