Abstract:Germinal center (GC) B cells segregate into three subsets that compartmentalize the antagonistic molecular programs of selection, proliferation, and somatic hypermutation. In bone marrow, the epigenetic reader BRWD1 orchestrates and insulates the sequential stages of cell proliferation andIgkrecombination.
