Abstract: Formation of Fracture Surfaces and Adhesion Mechanisms of Titanium Steel Explosive BondingsInvestigations on adhesion of the model system steel-titanium explosive platings have been carried out under the condition of an uniaxial tensile test. A bond model of explosive plating will be proposed and discusses by means of SEM-analysis of the fracture surfaces.
