Brucella Endocarditis Along with Leukocytoclastic Vasculitis in a Child: A Case Report

Abstract: Brucella endocarditis occurs in less than 2% of patients with brucellosis, it is the most common reason of death among these patients. Considering the difficulty in the diagnosis of endocarditis and its dangerous side effects, knowledge and awareness about this disease seems to be necessary.
