Abstract: Introduction Lower respiratory tract anomalies are not commonly encountered in clinical practice, specifically with regards to adult medicine. Bronchogenic cysts, in particular, are rare anomalies that may present as a diagnostic challenge for most clinicians, especially if the patient is asymptomatic.
