Abstract:Esophageal lung is a type of Group-II communicating bronchopulmonary foregut malformations (CBPFM) usually diagnosed beyond neonatal period during investigation for recurrent respiratory symptoms and persistent radiographic features suggesting pneumonia or bronchiectasis.
