A recent case report by Shenoy et al [12] of a 34-year-old female suffering from chronic paranoid schizophrenia describes the use of bro mocriptine therapy in this patient to control galactorrhea and amenorrhea secondary to haloperidol-induced hy perprolactinemia. Combined use of bromocriptine and haloperidol proved effective in managing the patient's psychotic condition while treating her galactorrheaamenorrhea syndrome.…”
