Konstantinova, covered the role of the British consulates in the port cities of the northern Black Sea region and the Azov region in the second half of the XIXth and at the beginning of the XXth centuries. The authors made a conclusion that the British Empire itself emphasized diplomatic influence in the region in order to promote its trade and economic interests until the beginning of World War I (Lyman & Konstantinova, 2019). The article, written by O. Potiekhin focuses on the discourse of World War I causes, which were determined also by the results of the First Balkan War of 1912 -1913.…”
