Abstract:Oligodontia is the congenital absence of six or more than six teeth in either permanent or primary dentition. Because of the missing teeth in these patient’s esthetic, functional and psychological problems may arise. Oral rehabilitation is recommended for the positive development of self-esteem as well as for improved speech, masticatory function and facial esthetics.
