Abstract: Background: HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is an effective prevention tool; however, use among adolescents is thought to be low. To determine the unmet need and opportunity to expand use, we assessed awareness, prior use, and willingness to take PrEP among Kenyan adolescents.
