Brief Implementation and Challenges of a Cashless Payment Method to Facilitate Financial Inclusion

Abstract: This study focuses on the implementation of a cashless payment method in a canteen at the University of Indonesia (UI). In cooperation with Bank Negara Indonesia, the university introduced a smartcard (TapCash) that acts as an identification card and a digital payment method on or off-campus.
