BRICS and Civil Society: Challenges and Future Perspectives in a Multipolar World

Abstract: This paper investigates the role of civil society (CS) in relation to issues of global concern, such as the current COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, it focuses on the role of CS in the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa).
