Breast Reconstruction Awareness Among Turkish University Students: A Cross-Sectional Study

Abstract: ÖzetAmaç: Son yıllarda meme kanseri tedavisinde yaşanan gelişmelerin sonucu olarak hastalarda hayat beklentisi uzamış ve buna bağlı olarak mastektominin olumsuz fiziksel ve psikolojik etkileri daha dikkat çekici bir hal almıştır. Bu kapsamda mastektomi sonrası meme onarımının önemi artmıştır. Yalnız onarım cerrahilerinin yaygınlaşması ancak hastalarda farkındalık yaratarak mümkün olacaktadır.
