“…Our patient was truly typical of those who develop this lesion. In a review of 13 cases of IBI-FCABG, Walker et al 7 identified the comorbidities: age >50 years (100%), macromastia (62%), hypertension (62%), obesity (54%), diabetes mellitus (54%), and calciphylaxis (54%).
