In order to promote information interaction, intelligent regulation, and scale management in Chinese medicines industry, in this paper, a Chinese medicines intelligent service platform with characteristics of flexibility, versatility, and individuation was designed under the guidance of theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines (TMIM). TCM-ISP is a comprehensive intelligent service platform that can be flexibly applied to all links of Chinese medicines industry chain, which realizes data integration and real-time transmission as well as intelligent-flexible scheduling of equipment in response to different demand. The platform took logical framework of data flow as the core and adopts the modular design in which microcontroller and sensor module are independent to obtain overall design scheme of TCM-ISP that contains the diagram of overall framework, hardware structure, and software technology. Then, on the groundwork of overall design scheme and modern science technology, TCM-ISP was successfully constructed with flexible, intelligent, and networked characteristics in which TTL-USB and TTL-RS485S were utilized to build unified interface between boards with supporting hot-plugging mode. The results of platform tests show that TCM-ISP can not only successfully realize the integration, real-time transmission, and display of data information but also well accomplish remote intelligent-flexible control of equipment and allow flexible configuration and expansion of sensors and devices according to the needs of each link in TCM’s industry chain. It is of great practical significance to the pursuit of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines and the promotion of modernization of Chinese medicines industry.

Design of air pressure and height measuring equipment based on Arduino nano using BME280 sensor

This research has succeeded in designing air pressure and altitude measuring instruments based on arduino nano using BME280 sensor. The design of this tool uses the BME280 sensor as an input for the parameter values ??of air pressure and altitude. The measurement results are displayed on the organic light emitting diode (OLED), which has been processed by the Arduino Nano. Sending measurement results uses the HC-05 module. Calibrate air pressure parameters at the Center for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Region III Denpasar uses the Vaisala PTB 330 digital barometer in the media pressure chamber, while the calibrate the altitude parameter uses Google Earth for reference . The results of the calibration of the two parameters indicate that the design of the measuring instrument has a good level of accuracy, for air pressure of 99.99% and altitude of 99.98%. In addition, the test of the suitability of the OLED output data and the application shows that the data communication has been successful and is in accordance with the match level of 100%.

Ауа сапасын мониторингілеудің мобильді жүйесі (АСММЖ) әзірленіп, жүзеге асырылды. Жүйе (немесе АСММЖ) негізгі екі бөліктен тұрады: деректерді өңдеудің біртұтас сервері және ақпаратты жинау құрылғылары. Таратқыш ATmega328 микробақылау базасында құрылған. Жұмысы Wi-Fi желісіне тәуелді AСММЖ құрамдас құрылғылары үшін ESP8266 микробақылау базасында таратқыш пайдаланылды. Соңғысы 802.11n стандарты бойынша тұрақты қосылымды қамтамасыз етеді. Бұл стандарт қоршаған орта деректерін жинау құрылғылары мен MQTT сервері арасындағы негізгі деректерді беру хаттамасы болып табылады. Енгізілген AСММЖ-де деректерді өңдеу сервері MQTT хаттамасы арқылы барлық құрылғылардан әрбір датчиктің жай-күйі және қоршаған ортаның ластануымен қатар жүретін жерлерде құрылғының орналасуы туралы ақпаратты алады.
