Breast Cell Cancer Progression Characterization Through Holographic Cytometry

Abstract: We propose to use holographic cytometry to collect high throughput data on flowing tumorigenic and nontumorigenic cells. We aim to characterize different cell lines using machine learning and morphological parameters analysis.
