Breast cancer specialists' perspective on their role in their patients' return to work: A qualitative study

Abstract: This qualitative study showed that breast cancer specialists have varied perspectives and experiences in supporting their patients' return to work (RTW). Even when they are interested, they have little time to devote to it. They emphasize patients' motivation and fail to identify several RTW barriers, particularly workplace factors that may impede return to work.
