Breast Cancer and Dermatomyositis: A Case Study and Literature Review

Abstract: A 49-year-old woman presents with an extensive violaceous rash, rapidly progressive proximal muscle weakness, and dysphagia to solids, consistent with a diagnosis of dermatomyositis.
