Abstract: Bratislava castle is the dominant feature of the capital city of Slovakia -Bratislava. Located on a hill above the old town, it attracts a thousands of visitors a year. Currently, creative approach to managing and guiding visitors creates the potential of the growth in interest of visitors of museums and cultural heritage sites.
