Brain white matter plasticity and functional reorganization underlying the central pathogenesis of trigeminal neuralgia

Abstract: Peripheral nerve damage does not fully explain the pathogenesis of trigeminal neuralgia (TN). Central nervous system changes can follow trigeminal nerve dysfunction.
