Brain inspired optoelectronic integrated receiver chip for wireless optical communication

Abstract: Inspired by the mechanism of visual attentional selection, a wireless optical communication (WOC) Integrated receiver consisting of a vertical double junction photodetector (VDJ-PD) and an attentional selection circuit (ASC) is presented.
