Abstract: Whether organ-specific regeneration is induced by organ-specific endothelial cells (ECs) remains unelucidated. The formation of white matter lesions due to chronic cerebral hypoperfusion causes cognitive decline, depression, motor dysfunction, and even acute ischemic stroke.
